Trucha

pan roasted trout; winter vegetable hash, whole grain mustard cream sauce

 

Pollo en Pepitoria

braised chicken leg; saffron, tomato, sherry, almonds, yellow rice, broccolini

 

Chili Relleno

stuffed poblano pepper; vegetable protein, garbanzo beans, fried leeks, spicy tomato sauce

candied squash; walnut crumble, cinnamon ice cream

 

Hojaldre con Fresas

puff pastry, macerated strawberries, whipped cream

 

Sandwich de Helado
