Tres Cerdos - Three Porks

This week marks the return of Tres Cerdos to the menu – a beautiful Duroc pork rib chop, stuffed with house made chorizo and wrapped with bacon – what else could you want? Duroc is an older breed American pig, reddish in color with beautiful marbling and flavor.
